This requirement is for the procurement of a Luciol Instruments Correlation Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer (C-OTDR) from Cotsworks, LLC. for the United States Naval Observatory. This is a sole-source requirement (see attached Sole-Source Justification) and only a quote from Cotsworks, LLC. will be accepted. Other quotes submitted shall be ineligible for award.
