Presidential Memorial Certificate (PMC) Holders - National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Memorial Products Service (MPS) The purpose of this amendment is to address submitted questions and provide a revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) and Statement of Work (SOW). The revised SOW also corrects the Exhibit 2 and Exhibit 3 references to correspond with the applicable PMC Holder features shown in each exhibit. The response due date and time remains 14 September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CST. Note: There will not be a SF30 to sign for this amendment. Quoters shall provide a statement of acknowledgement and receipt of any and all amendments. Failure to acknowledge all amendments may result in the Quoter being considered ineligible for award. Questions and Answers: Question: Is there a Specified Material for construction? Answer: The PMC Holder shall be a rigid, padded presentation holder with a vinyl, leatherette, or similar durable exterior covering. The SOW has been revised accordingly. Question: Is the quote requesting shipping to be included in the unit price on the price-cost schedule sheet or is that a separate cost? Answer: This is a FOB Destination requirement. All costs, including shipping, shall be included in the unit price. Question: Are you able to share the current unit price or if there is a target price per unit? Answer: No. The Government will not provide the current unit price or a target price per unit. Quoters shall submit their best pricing based on the solicitation requirements.
