NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract, and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by FAR 12. Background: New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS) requires a service agreement to provide licenses and maintenance for MagView Software, which is used in Mammography. It provides reporting, patient workflow, risk assessments and helps us meet MQSA compliance. The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS) requires licenses to use the software, regular updates, and technical support in case any issues come up which render the software nonfunctional. Scope: The contractor shall provide all software licenses, updates, maintenance, and technical support necessary to ensure full, uninterrupted operation of the MagView software used in Mammography at the New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS). This includes provisioning and renewing MagView licenses; delivering all required software upgrades and patches; and supplying timely technical assistance to correct issues that may impair system performance, functionality, or availability.
