Amendment 02 has been posted in order to answer industry questions and to extend the solicitation closing date. Amendment 01 has been posted to extend the solicitation closing date in order to allow the government time to answer industry questions. This Solicitation establishes the requirements for services to produce crushed concrete suitable for Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) to use as a substitute for purchased material. The crushed concrete produced shall meet the requirements of the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) specification cited in the Statement of Work.
