Upon contract award, an anticipated date to begin work will be agreed upon. EVALUATION FOR AWARD: This procurement will be awarded to the lowest priced quote in conformance with the solicitation and SOW provided. Conformance will be determined by the Customer and Contracting officer. Should any uncertainties arise regarding conformance, the customer will consult the Authoring Agency of the SOW. NOTICE OF PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT: A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be conducted on 11 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (CST) for the purpose of viewing the existing site conditions and location as well as answering questions regarding the solicitation.
