Description
PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT: This amendment formally transitions this requirement to a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6 . This action is taken under the authority of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) , applying simplified commercial procurement procedures up to $9 million. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. 2. REPLACEMENT OF RFQ ATTACHMENT: The original RFQ attachment is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the revised file titled 47QACA26Q0391_R1.pdf . This revised document has been updated to fully comply with the streamlined commercial procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 . Vendors are instructed to review the new file as it contains updated instructions and streamlined commercial terms. 3. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REQUIRED: Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing Blocks 8 and 15 of the attached, signed SF 30 PDF and submitting it alongside their final quotation package.
