Description
The contractor shall provide software maintenance and support as listed in the requirements table below. HCL BigFix provides a centralized server architecture with supported Windows or Linux operating systems, a relational database using SQL Server, and endpoint agents installed on managed devices. It relies on continuous network connectivity (or relay infrastructure for distributed environments), adequate system resources (CPU, RAM, and storage) based on deployment size, and secure communication over designated ports. Maintenance and support is provided via a vendor ticketing system with SLA's according to assigned priority.
