The purpose of this requirement is to renew Virscidian Analytical Studio software licenses for a 12-month period of performance from date of award to ensure uninterrupted support of NCATS' high-throughput reaction screening workflows. The RFQ identifies this requirement as a firm-fixed-price acquisition for Virscidian Analytical Studio Express products and related license subscriptions. The required licenses support the NCATS Analytical Chemistry Core's use of Virscidian Analytical Studio to automate and streamline chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS) data analysis workflows. Analytical data are generated from Agilent and Waters HPLC/UPLC-MS systems, and the software supports automated data ingestion, compound identification, quantification, reaction yield calculations, visualization, and export of high-throughput screening results.
