SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS & CONDITIONS: Method of Submission: All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to the designated Contracting Officer identified below. Verbal inquiries will not be accepted. Late Submissions: Any RFIs, questions, or requests for clarification received by the Government after the stated deadline of July 31, 2026, at 4:00 PM (EST) will not be reviewed, acknowledged, or answered. Government Response: The Government will consolidate all timely and relevant questions received prior to the deadline and issue a final clarifying amendment containing the Government's official responses. 3.
