REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The United States Air Force, 633rd Contracting Squadron (Langley AFB, VA), intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive, single-source basis to Curtiss‑Wright/Tactical Communications Group (TCG) . The requirement is for the procurement of the Battlefield Operation Support Systems (BOSS) Annual Support and Upgrades Gold Plan for nine (9) existing BOSS platforms currently utilized by the Air Combat Command (ACC). The BOSS is a specialized test system used to perform Link 16 datalink testing. 2. SCOPE OF WORK & PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The required Gold Plan subscription provides proprietary software maintenance, hardware sustainment, and technical support to ensure continued operability, configuration compatibility, and mission readiness. Specific support includes: Software updates and re‑engineering releases Troubleshooting assistance Extended hardware and software warranty coverage Unlimited help desk support Period of Performance: One (1) 12-month Base Year and four (4) 12-month Option Years, covering 18 September 2026 through 17 September 2031 . 3. STATUTORY AUTHORITY & JUSTIFICATION This acquisition is conducted under RFO 12.102-1 (Simplified Procedures) and Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 .
