This procurement is in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Unmanned Aircraft Systems and Advanced Air Mobility Integration Office (AUS). The FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024 (P.L.118-63) Section 920 allows for the expansion of the BEYOND program. The FAA will implement a BEYOND Phase 2 competitive selection process, through this SIR. This competitive selection process is not a procurement or acquisition under the FAA Acquisition Management System.
