The Government does not intend to rank submittals or provide any reply to interested companies and responses will not be returned. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) in Huntsville, Alabama is conducting market research to identify qualified Korean A-E Firms capable of providing a range of services including facility assessments, real property support, GIS data analysis, asset management, and other associated project support, specific to supporting Real Property Inventory (RPI) for the U.S. Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM). The RPI will be conducted in the form of U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) Asset Evaluations. These services will support projects at multiple U.S. Marine Corps installations or facilities throughout the Republic of Korea. The Government is performing market research in order to determine if any Korean A-E Firms possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. Interested Korean A-E Firms who meet the capability requirements identified in this notice are requested to reply to this notice with a response to the questions below. If no experience or capabilities are associated with a particular question, please specify. All Korean A-E Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractors must have the capability to provide technical support for the planning, programming, and installation/facility management of real property in support of the United States Marine Corps. Specific technical support includes but is not limited to preparation of USMC Asset Evaluations to document facility space utilization, verification of interior and exterior measurements, functional condition, tenant use, document deficiencies, document Category Codes, and other inventory data specific to each facility for USMC assets.
