This is not a solicitation. 3. Minimum Essential Requirements Interested vendors must demonstrate capability to provide: A. Full service dental laboratory fabrication, including: Complete and partial dentures (conventional and digital) Fixed prosthodontics (PFM, zirconia, lithium disilicate, metal-based restorations) Implant-supported prostheses (abutments, overdentures, all-on-X) Removable partial denture frameworks Diagnostic wax-ups (digital or conventional) Occlusal guards and related appliances Photogrammetry and digital scan integration for implant workflows B. Geographic Proximity Laboratory must be within 60 miles of both VA facilities to support: Same day repairs, relines, and adjustments In person custom shade matching In person lab support during complex or urgent implant procedures Resident education visits and tours C. In House Fabrication & No Subcontracting All work must be performed in-house within the continental United States. No subcontracting, no trans shipment, and no outsourcing to other laboratories. D. Courier Pickup & Delivery Requirements Daily, in person courier service (non-subcontracted) between both VA facilities. Same day pickup for orders placed before 4:00 PM PST. Temperature-controlled transport for impressions, wax-ups, and prostheses. E. Turnaround Times (Anticipated) Vendors must indicate whether they can meet the following typical ranges: Same Day: repairs, relines, tooth additions, framework repairs 2 3 Days: trays, poured impressions, casts, night guards 5 Days: complete/partial denture steps, gold restorations, surgical guides 7 Days: partial denture frameworks, zirconia or PFM restorations 10 15 Days: multi-unit bridges, implant restorations, full-arch prostheses F. Quality, Materials, and Standards Vendors must be able to: Use dental materials equivalent to or exceeding ISO, ANSI/ADA, and FDA standards Meet VA and Joint Commission standards Provide noble or high noble alloys for metal prostheses Maintain a formal Quality Control Plan G.
