Anticipated wharf hotel services involve replacing utility systems including potable water, fire water, sanitary sewer (CHT), and electrical shore power stations. Project expected pavement and drainage requirements include removing existing pavement surfaces to access buried utilities and structural elements, repairing steel combi-wall and tie-back system, installing tie-back anchors at mooring bollards, replacing pavement with new asphalt surfaces, and constructing a stormwater drainage system with detention basin for improved runoff management. Incidental work will include all related incidental construction, demolition, and site restoration necessary to complete the recapitalization effort. Period of Performance is 548 calendar days for the Base Bid and 365 days for Option 0001.
