All firms must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access the drawing associated with this solicitation. Please submit a copy of your company's approved DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) via email to Ina Nason at ina.nason.civ@us.navy.mil.
