Made correction to Attachment 4, 5, and 6 Park Reference Map Playground to reflect the correct location. 2. Add Attachment 7 -75051 Main Base - Air Plane Park Utilities List 2. The site visit is scheduled for 31 August 2026 at 13:00. 3. Change the questions due date from 0800 JST 05 September 2026 to 0800 JST 09 September 2026 . 4. Sub-Factor I: Comprehensive design for both playground locations that meets all requirements of this solicitation and SOO, rating table now describes an unacceptable rating as "Proposal does not meet requirements of the solicitation and thus, contains one or more deficiencies." 5. Remove "all sub-factors shall be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis based on the requirements listed in the SOO and Solicitation" from Amendment to RFO 52.212-1, 2(a) a.
