The NAICS code for this requirement is 541350 Building Inspection Services This contract is for one (1) Base Year plus four (4) Option Years for a possible total of 5 years. This requirement will utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis pursuant to the award evaluation criteria stated in FAR clause 52.212-2.in determining the successful offer.
