Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (navy) funds in the amount of $13,650,683 and fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $19,991,649 will be obligated at the time of award. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
