No other items have been updated.*** This requirement is a continuation contract to provide Exhaust Hoods cleaning and certification services at Sheppard AFB and Sheppard Annex at Lake Texoma (approximately 2 hour drive/120 miles from Sheppard AFB). The service provider shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, expertise, materials and other items necessary to perform cleaning kitchen exhaust hoods and ducts. It is critical that service providers are certified, qualified, trained, and efficient in the trade and must perform in the best and most workmanlike manner and in compliance with the contract and industry standards. Certification must come from an industry standardized organization such as International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA) or comparable. Contractor will be responsible for providing proof of certification for Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialists on an annual basis or as directed by their certifying industry standardized organization.
