Presolicitation notice means a notice used to notify industry and the public that the Government intends to release a solicitation in the near future. This is the presolicitation notice in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Carson (FC) has a requirement to provide Post Wide Refuse / Recycle FY27 services. This requirement involves support to the Recycle Program and Refuse Service of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Division at Fort Carson, Colorado. The primary place of performance will be Fort Carson, CO and at specified Army locations at and near Colorado Springs Airport. The required service has two main components: Recycle Program General Tasks and Refuse Service General Tasks.
