Soils/Sand is the best recommendation for this project. Sand is permitted and Attachment 1 - Statement of Work has been amended accordingly. Question #15: See attached arial photo. Please confirm the closest inhabited Line-of-Site Building(s) that need to be considered in the design of the HESCO Barrier. Government Response: Closest inhabited Line-of-Site building is 150' feet away. HESCO barriers are to be placed on the existing concrete pad. If our firm utilizes a highly qualified local subcontractor for physical installation, will the TSA permit our designated Prime Contract Project Manager to attend these meetings virtually, or is the physical, on-site presence of the Prime Contractor's administrative representative required?
