This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation FA4877-26-QA027 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The USAF will herein be referred to as the “Offeree”, and the potential contractors or awardee will herein be referred to as the “Offeror” in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 and RFO 52.212-1. 3. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 1 May 2026, DFARS provisions and clauses in effect 1 May 2026, and DAFFARS provisions and clauses in effect 1 May 2026. 4. This procurement is being issued as a set-aside for Total Small Business.
