NOTICE OF INTENT TO SET-ASIDE IAW RFO-PART 12: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a set-aside, firm fixed price contract for the procurement (AO SMITH) 119-GAL GAS WATER HEATER BTH 500A 300 with a 3-year warranty. The procurement is on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 5, Health Service Area (HAS) 52, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of Central California VAHCS Palo Alto. THE SPECIFIC ITEMS REQUIRED ARE AS FOLLOWS: State (AO SMITH) 119-GAL GAS WATER HEATER BTH 500A 300 is a commercial condensing gas water heater featuring a modulating burner and 95% thermal efficiency. As a result, vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the items identified to be eligible for participation with this acquisition.
