The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (only one responsible source), to award a one-time contract to the College Of American Pathologists, 325 Waukegan RD Northfield, Illinois 60093.The contractor shall provide a CLIA 88 approved proficiency testing program so that all VHA medical laboratories and ancillary testing sites that perform patient testing are following VHA Handbook 1106.01 proficiency testing requirements as requested by the John D.
