The purpose of this amendment is to cancel Solicitation No. 36C24826Q0653 in its entirety. The Government has determined that the solicitation does not adequately describe all material requirements necessary to satisfy the agency's needs. Accordingly, the solicitation is canceled in the best interest of the Government. No award will be made under this solicitation.
