This acquisition is issued as an request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 (iv) T his acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses. (vi) Description of requirements: Removal and replacement of water treatment systems on Spesutie Island, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.
