This is a new requirement. Only the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Federal Government authorized resellers may bid on this requirement. All interested offerors must provide ALL OR NONE in response to this RFQ. Basis for award is technically acceptable/lowest price. For an offeror to be considered technically acceptable, it must be on the OEM's Federal Authorized Reseller List and able to provide all the items requested in the RFQ.
