The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with TCJ, Inc. dba Engineered Packaging Solutions of San Dimas, California, pursuant to FAR 12.102. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001: Customized rotomolded container with polyurethane foam insert for Antenna. Manufacturer: TCJ, Inc. P/N: 25-046271 QTY: 13 Item 0002: Stencil Setup Fee QTY:1 Item 0003: Freight QTY:1 Item 0004: Customized rotomolded container with polyurethane foam insert for Antenna. Manufacturer: TCJ, Inc. P/N: 25-046271 QTY: 8 Item 0005: Stencil Setup Fee QTY:1 Item 0006: Freight QTY:1 Based on an approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP), the agency has identified only one responsible source, and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements.
