The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide Specialized Laboratory Testing, VA Palo Alto Health Care System. A draft of the Statement of Work is attached to this notice. Brief Description of Services See Draft Statement of Work.
