PURPOSE & STRATEGIC UPDATE This amendment is provided to all potential offerors for the upcoming Türkiye Base Operations Support (T-BOS) and Spain Base Operations Support (S-BOS) acquisitions. In the interest of continued transparency, and as a result of extensive, valuable feedback from industry, the Government is releasing final draft versions of several key solicitation documents. This release is intended to provide maximum insight into the acquisition strategy and to facilitate offeror preparation prior to the formal release of the final Request for Proposals (RFPs). Please be advised of the following updates to the acquisition schedule: A. New, Separate SAM.gov Postings: While this current notice will remain active for historical purposes, the final RFPs for each requirement will be posted under new, separate, and unique SAM.gov notices. Offerors must monitor SAM.gov for these new, specific solicitations. B. Anticipated RFP Release Dates: The S-BOS (Spain) RFP is forecast for release on or about 15 June 2026.
