GENERAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA664326Q0003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for turnkey training and program administration solution for Advanced Trauma Training courses, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns . This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. RESPONSE TIMES Quotations must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer at bianncia.glay@us.af.mil no later than the date and time specified in this solicitation (06 July 2026, 4:00 PM EST). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Course shall take place from 31 August 2026 – 31 July 2027 QUOTATION SUBMISSION: Interested Offerors shall submit quotations in accordance with the attached SF1449. DESCRIPTION The Department of Air Force, Air Force Reserves Command (AFRC), intends to award a competitive commercial services contract for the delivery of advanced trauma and emergency medical training in support of operational medical readiness. This acquisition is being conducted as a commercial services acquisition using the policies and procedures of RFO Part 12. The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive, turnkey, non-personal services solution, including all personnel, management, instructors, facilities, equipment, course materials, administrative support, and other resources necessary to deliver nationally recognized trauma and emergency medical certification training for approximately 2,500 AFRC medical personnel during the period of performance.
