Solicitation Amendment #1 During the award evaluation phase of the initial proposals the Government determined that no technically acceptable bids were received. The purpose of this modification is to highlight key requirements to increase the potential for receiving technically acceptable proposals. The Government has: Clarified quoting requirements for optional items. Updated the Period of Performance (POP). Established a schedule and confirmation process for site visits. Added reference pictures Clarification of Critical Requirements for Technical Acceptability To be considered technically acceptable, offerors must ensure their proposals explicitly and verifiably address the following critical items. The Government is reiterating that vendors should pay close attention to these components in order to increase the chances of submitting an acceptable proposal. Quoting Optional Items CRITICAL REQUIREMENT : Offerors must ensure that all optional items are explicitly quoted in their submitted proposals. 2. Updated Period of Performance The Period of Performance (POP) has been officially updated. The new POP will start on July 8th, 2026, and conclude on August 3rd, 2026. The proposal must include a clear, affirmative statement confirming that this updated schedule can and will be met. 3. Site Visit Availability While a site visit is not required for a successful proposal, there will be a window of availability to conduct site visits at the performance location Thursday, July 1st, 2026, from 0800 to 1300 . Offerors intending to participate must confirm their attendance in advance by calling (770) 262-9345. Instructions to Offerors: All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. If a previous proposal was submitted by the first closing window and no response or revised proposal is received from the bidder on this amendment, the original proposal will be deemed final and binding and evaluated as-is. It is the sole responsibility of the interested party to monitor the solicitation for all modifications. The new closing date for this solicitation is Monday, 06 July 2026, 10:00 AM EST . Proposals must be received by this deadline to be considered.
