Description
The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) proposes to enter into a contract on a basis of full and open competition. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to provide equipment that must be a high-throughput proteomics platform that uses proximity extension assay technology to have the ability to measure thousands of proteins with high specificity and sensitivity. The platform must include software to analyze the data and processes quality control of samples, normalization and handling of non-detects. It must have high specificity and sensitivity with minimal sample volume and be scalable from small targeted panels to thousands of proteins. The following components should be included in the high-throughput proteomics platform, at least a 1 year warranty, the Interface plate 96.96 Training: including training for one operator and a 1 year Signature Software License; atleast 1 48.48 IFC for Protein expression 1x Inferface plate 48.48; 1x Target 48 Cytokine; Certified Installation; 1 - Target 96 Mouse Exploratory; 1 - Target 48 Mouse Cytokine 1 - 96.96 IFC for Protein Expression; and 1 - 48.48 IFC for Protein Expression. This equipment platform should have the ability to analyze multiple biomarkers with high specificity and no cross reactivity using a small amount of sample. The equipment must include the NPX signature software license for the ability to read the assay plates, must contain an integrated fluidic circuit for performing proteomic analysis in 48.48 format (48 proteins analyzed for 48 samples), and an 48.48 interface plate that is needed to run the integrated fluidic circuit loading on the Olink Signature Q100 platform. A 3-pin plug type B, LT-202 power cord is also needed. Installation and training should be included in the package requirement. The NAICS code for this action is 541380. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with the SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this Acquisition Office, all offers must have a Unique Entity Identification Number (UEI). A Sam.gov number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Sam.gov online at www.sam.gov or by phone at (866) 606-8220.
