Total Contract Award Amount: $1,855,800.00 BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government awarded a contract to a vendor that was determined to be technically capable providing the USG the best value at the lowest fair and reasonable price. Evaluation of quotes was completed in accordance with RFO 12.203, Evaluation. Boingo was found to be the vendor providing a technically capable offer, with a technically acceptable past perforamcne at the lowest fair and reasonable price.
