Course dates are firm. Proposed instructor's information for credentialing, base access, etc. must be provided to the Government by July 10, 2026. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government will notify offerors if a submission is missing any required elements. Offerors must provide the missing information within 24 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this 24-hour window will result in the submission being deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the best overall value, price and other factors considered.
