PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS OF WORK: • Remove and salvage part of the existing barrier on the Folsom dam as shown on the contract drawings. • Design, furnish and install a new vessel exclusion barrier and debris curtain and its components listed on this specification. • Furnish and install onshore anchor on the right-wing side of the dam. • Removal of obstruction along the path of the barrier to the onshore anchor and filling the large gaps on the existing riprap with smaller rocks on the right wing dam. • Furnish and install necessary warning lights and signage. • Design, furnish and installation of necessary anchors, clump anchors, buoys and moorings. • Provide certification of the new barrier according to the requirements set forth on this specification. • Provide one (1) spare module and two (2) spare module-to-module connectors and the required hardware for use. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Solicitation 140R2026B0001 will be posted electronically via www.sam.gov on or about June 29, 2026. The date for receipt of offers will be approximately July 30, 2026.
