STATEMENT OF REVOLUTIONARY FAR OVERHAUL (RFO) COMPLIANCE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FUNDING NOTE Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The 126ARW is seeking funding from executive ANG agencies, but requires executable quotations to request the funds. Be advised, the contract will only be funded if there is money available from the funding agency. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION The 126th ARW has a requirement for 7 KC-135 Portable Cargo Light System Kits. The kits must meet all engineering requirements for electromagnetic interference, environmental testing, shock and vibration and explosion proof with testing by an accredited test facility. Any reference to "Offeror," "Offer," or "Proposal" within the incorporated provisions and clauses (including RFO 52.212-1 and RFO 52.212-2) shall be read and be interpreted as "Vendor," "Quoter," "Quote," or "Quotation" respectively. Submitting a quote does not legally bind the vendor to a contract; a binding agreement is only formed when the Government issues a purchase order and the vendor accepts it. Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email to 126.ARW.MSC@us.af.mil. The subject line of the email must read: "RFQ Response to W50S7S26Q0009, [Insert Vendor UEI]".
