Consistent with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c), FAR Class Deviation 25-17, Rev. 1, and under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, FAR Class Deviation 25-11, Rev. 1 for FAR Part 6, the contracting officer has determined in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) requires Kurrent Logic's proprietary Trident platform and its contractor employees to establish a functioning sanctions-focused platform. The period of performance for this requirement is a 12-month base period, and four, 12-month option periods. The estimated total contract value is $6M. In accordance with RFO 5.207(c)(16)(ii), interested parties may submit a one-page capability statement confirming that your company can provide the Trident platform and support services to establish a functioning sanctions platform, which shall be considered by the agency. Performance Work Statement is Law Enforcement Sensitive and will only be provided upon confirmation of access to the Trident platform.
