This requirement is for 400 gallons of Sherwin Williams SEAVOYAGE Copper-Free Anti-Fouling paint in black for the United States Naval Academy IAW the Description of Supplies included in the attached solicitation. This is a Brand Name Only requirement and only authorized resellers of Sherwin Williams products shall be eligible for award .
