Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for information and planning purposes for qualified and experienced sources to provide Home Station Training Complex Support Services in support of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) as defined in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any potential contract(s) resulting from this RFI/Sources Sought Notice is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) type contract. NAICS Code The NAICS Code for this requirement is anticipated to be 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction, with a size standard of $16.5M. If solicited through Seaport, the applicable NAICS for this requirement is 541330 – Engineering Services and the applicable size standard is $47 million. The product service code (PSC) is U013 Education/training- Combat. Required Delivery Date Performance is estimated to commence on or around 21 December 2026. The period of performance is anticipated to consist of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods and may include FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to provide for an additional six (6) months of performance.
