Potential sources should have current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, equipment and capability to perform Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Direct Digital Controls preventative maintenance services. Preferred 8(a) participants will have certified factory trained Trane Summit Controls Personnel. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101(c), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation and any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Government will use the RFI responses along with other market research to make various determinations regarding the procurement of HVAC services at NAS Jacksonville. Contracting Officers may decide to pursue single award or stand-alone combination firm fixed price/IDIQ contracts for HVAC services from responses to this RFI; however, this RFI is not a guarantee of any future opportunities. The estimated maximum combination firm fixed price/IDIQ contract value will vary but may range from $200,000 to $4,500,000. Description of Work - The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Direct Digital Controls (DDC) services for facilities located at Naval Air Station Jacksonville Florida. The Contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, alteration, minor construction and demolition on facilities, systems, ground structures and other assets; such as: Building Systems: -HVAC -Boilers (excluding Central Utility Plant Boilers) knowledge, experience and skills required for efficient operation, maintenance and repair within the Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) function. Contractor shall have employees with a certification in: 1. Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HAR); Journeyman Certification - minimum of 2 2. A minimum of 2 Certified Factory trained Trane Summit Controls Personnel. 3. All service personnel must have completed 10 hr OSHA Safety training. 4.
