(See Section L) 3) Incorporate Amended PWS, ICE firearms policy and amended Pricing Template. ******************************************************************************** The following information is being provided in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(1), all other required information for this Request For Proposal (RFP) can be found wtihin the attachments provided: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70CDCR26R00000021 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial services to provide statewide armed ground transportation, 24/7/365 centralized dispatch operations, and a contractor‑hosted secure web portal in support of ICE ERO's 287(g) Program throughout the State of Texas. See the attached solicitation and Attachment 01 – Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the full description of requirements. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. Large businesses will be required to submit an individual subcontracting plan; see Section I and Section L of the attached solicitation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Offerors shall refer to Sections I and K of the attached solicitation for the complete list of applicable FAR and HSAR provisions and clauses. This acquisition is not a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) in accordance with 15 CFR 700.
