Solicitation number N0040626Q0142 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the overhaul and upgrade of two Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corp High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs) for a T-AO Class Vessel. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order that meets the specifications outlined below. The proposed contract action is for OEM Curtiss-Wright commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit as Sole-Source to the OEM .
