UMSB Contracting has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for Graphics & Museum Display Installation in support of the 249th Engineering Battalion. The proposed contract is expected to be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The purpose of this announcement and the attached Draft Scope of Work (SOW) is to gather industry comments, suggestions, or questions before the official release of the solicitation. The NAICS code for this action is 541430 – Graphic Design Services. The 249th Engineer Battalion (Prime Power) intends to modernize and upgrade the ground floor of its headquarters at Building 1418, Fort Belvoir, VA. The objective of this project is to create a museum-quality, immersive hallway environment that visually communicates the unit's rich history, lineage, honors, and mission to service members, distinguished visitors, and guests. This will be achieved through a turnkey project encompassing: Initial site survey, precise laser measurements, and wall surface adhesion testing. Cohesive graphic design and visual conceptualization services utilizing Government Furnished Information (GFI). Fabrication of high-durability, commercial-grade architectural vinyl wraps, dimensional 3D acrylic/metal lettering, and museum standoff panels. Secure on-post installation at Fort Belvoir, VA. It is asked that interested parties respond to this sources sought synopsis with the following information: Please provide the following information: 1.
