Clinton Ave, Fresno, CA 93703-2223 Part 1: Project Scope of Work Overview: The contractor shall provide emergency after emergency repair services for the HVAC and refrigeration systems at The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VACCHCS Fresno Medical Center. The agency operates 24/7/365, and this contract ensures critical infrastructure remains operational during non-business hours, weekends, and federal holidays.
