Fort Hood operates under a high-tempo operational cycle that includes Combat Training Center rotations, deployments, and redeployment phases. This contract will supplement organic capabilities with external professional expertise, enabling the installation to transition from a reactive crisis response posture to a proactive, system-wide prevention framework.
