This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 (Hotels [except Casino Hotels] and Motels), with an associated small business size standard of $40.0 Million. The 118th Wing of the Tennessee Air National Guard has a requirement to procure non-personal lodging services. The Government anticipates awarding multiple Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The period of performance will be one 12-month base year with one 12-month option year.
