Cognitive Leading-edge Electronic Attack (CLEAT)view on SAM.gov

The project develops a Cognitive Leading-edge Electronic Attack (CogLEA) system of systems to improve electronic warfare test and evaluation against advanced radar threats. The effort will create scalable airborne and laboratory/open-range electronic attack capabilities using cognitive techniques, modular open systems principles, and Government Reference Architectures and standards that enable authorized third-party capability integration.
