Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 71117PR260000080 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for USCG Kotzebue Buoy Placement and Operations. The NAICS Code is 561790. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard is $47M per annum. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. USCG Base Kodiak, Kodiak, AK, has a requirement for USCG Kotzebue Buoy Placement and Operations in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The base period of performance will be from 15 Aug 2026 through 31 May 2027, with four (4) one-year option periods. If all options are exercised, the period of performance will expire 31 May 2031.
