The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) Development, Security and Operations (DSO) Telecommunications Provisioning Office (TPO) has a requirement for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) Services across the enterprise in multiple states. These LEC services consist of: POTS Line Flat Rate/ePOTS, POTS Line Ground Flat Start Rate/ePOTS, PRI (mileage/station link included), DID/DOD (Blocks of 20), Caller ID Feature (POTS Line), Three Way Calling Feature (POTS Line), Call Forward Feature (POTS Line), Call Forward Busy Feature (POTS Line), Call Forward No Answer Feature (POTS Line), Call Waiting Feature (POTS Line), Voicemail Feature (POTS Line), Call Block Feature (block 411, 900/976) (POTS Line), Call Hunting/Roll Over Feature (POTS Line), Third Party Billing Block Feature (POTS Line), Remote Access to Call Forwarding, Call Redirect (must include Screening Removal for the Veterans Help Line), Screening Removal (must include Call Redirect for the Veterans Help Line), and Anonymous Call Reject. The Contractor shall provide telecommunication services at the facilities 24 hours per day, seven days per week with maximum service availability. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 517111 Wired Telecommunication Carriers.
